Our private couples mediation sessions offer personalised nonviolent communication mediation and coaching. Our empathetic guidance assists couples in resolving conflicts within a safe environment where you are each heard without blaming, shaming, or fixing. Learn effective methods to manage disagreements and achieve mutual understanding. We are dedicated to helping you develop stronger, more peaceful relationships.
Cancellation Policy
Talking Peace – Booking & Cancellation Policy Pricing & Block Discounts Individual Sessions (1 hour): - £60 (NVC Coaching, Conflict Mediation, or Yoga Therapy) - £70 (Couples Coaching/Mediation) Block Bookings (Discount Applied): - 5-Session Block: - Individuals: £280 (saving £20) - Couples: £330 (saving £20) - Expires in 3 months - 10-Session Block: - Individuals: £540 (saving £60) - Couples: £640 (saving £60) - *Expires in 6 months - Unused sessions are forfeited after expiry. Scheduling - Sessions are pre-booked in advance at a regular day/time where possible. - Priority scheduling given to block bookings. Rescheduling & Cancellations - 72 hours (3 days) notice required to reschedule without charge. - Late cancellations (<72 hours) or no-shows incur a full session charge (deducted from your block or billed separately). - **Emergencies/Illness: Contact us ASAP—we’ll try to reschedule without penalty (discretionary). Late Arrivals - Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. Practitioner Cancellations - If we need to cancel/reschedule, you’ll receive: - A free session extension, or - A refund for the cancelled session. Payment Terms - Full payment is required before the first session for block bookings. - Payment plans available upon request. Refunds & Transfers - Non-refundable once booked, but unused sessions may be transferred to another person with prior agreement.
