Founder and Director of Talking Peace

Alex Hanly is a highly experienced trainer and facilitator with over 15 years of experience delivering impactful programmes in empathy, communication, conflict resolution, embodiment and well-being.

Her approach integrates Nonviolent Communication, Yoga Therapy, dance, and acting. She brings a deep understanding of how the body, voice, and creative expression serve as powerful pathways for personal and relational transformation. Drawing on this diverse palette, she meets each group or client with a flexible, intuitive approach, supporting lasting change through body-based learning, deep listening, and authentic self expression.
